Stroke - how to dress and get out of bed ?

Stroke - how to dress and get out of bed ?

It takes me ages to get out of bed and dressed

I wake up in the morning, but it is almost mid day before I am fully dressed. My legs are still diffucult to bend, and hurts when getting dressed. All sorts of bending required. I know that there is special dresses, easier to get in to and remove, but the design is not suited for me.

Answer Start everyday with half an hour of training, preferably still in your nightwear, and you will realise that it is much easier to get dressed. Just before going to bed, we advise you to take another half an hour of training, passive or active, and it will help you get a relaxing night´s sleep.
