Pedals designed for more than just 2 minutes of training
When tried for just two minutes, ordinary pedals are not a problem. But when you train from a low chair or sofa, you get very tired of trying to keep your feet on the pedals.
The training period is therefore shortened quite a lot, with reduced efficency as a result.

When using standard pedals, the feet often come off, or you have to use a lot of strength to keep the feet on the pedals, which reduces the amount of time you train.
